Our brand new luxurious 2 storey, 4 bedroom, 3 bathroom villa is situated on the prestigious 4 star gated community of Southern Dunes Golf & Country Club. A beautiful landscaped residential area, lined with palm trees, just 20 minutes from all the Disney Theme Parks and only 50 minutes from the sandy Gulf Coast beaches. It is an idyllic place to stay for both golfers and non-golfers alike who are looking to enjoy all the attraction of Florida. A particular feature of our villa is the breathtaking view of the 16th green which you can enjoy whilst relaxing by the pool.
 Our villa is furnished to an exceptionally high standard and has all the facilities you would expect to ensure your stay is as comfortable as possible. All the rooms are tastefully decorated and there is air conditioning throughout for your additional comfort.
The Family Room is open plan with ample living space. For your relaxation you will find two large, very comfortable sofas and chair, a coffee table, two side tables with lamps, a 32"multi channel cable television, DVD and CD player and a selection of board games.
In addition to the Family Room the open plan area also consists of a Kitchen with Breakfast Bar and Dining Facilities. There are large sliding patio doors opening out from the kitchen area and from the 2nd Master Bedroom, situated on the Ground Floor, to the covered Lanai, Sparkling 26' x 12' Swimming Pool (optional heating) and screened deck area. Here you will find a breathtaking view of the 16th Green and Fairway.
The Kitchen has a breakfast and snack bar and is fully equipped, including a large Fridge/Freezer with ice maker, Cooker, Microwave, Dishwasher, Toaster and Kettle. All Cooking utensils and crockery are provided for you. There is also a utility room just off the Family Room that has a large washing machine and a separate matching tumble dryer.
 We have converted the Garage into a Games Room, here you will find a full size Pool Table, Electronic Dart Board, Pub Table and Chairs and Bean Bags. This is all great fun after a day on the Golf Course or Theme Parks!
An impressive staircase from the Family Room takes you to the First Floor and the Three remaining Bedrooms. Here you will discover the Master Bedroom with en-suite facilities comprising of a large shower cubicle, bath, toilet and twin wash basins. You will find a large walk in closet, king sized bed, triple dresser and mirror, two bedside units with lamps, a 19" colour multi channel television, hairdryer, alarm clock and ceiling fan.
There are two further twin bedrooms, fully furnished with fitted wardrobes, two twin beds, double dresser with mirror, alarm clock and a hairdryer in each room. Both rooms have easy access to the third bathroom which also has a bath with shower over, toilet and wash basin.
Ample bed linen and towels are provided in each of the four bedrooms.
