BOOKING DEPOSIT
£100 / $150 per week booked payable on booking. Before booking it is recommended that you telephone, fax, e-mail or use our form to check availability.

PAYMENT TERMS
Balance of fee payable must be paid no later that 10 weeks prior to occupation of the villa. If the final balance is not received by this date then the booking will be treated as a cancellation and the cancellation charges detailed below will apply. Payment can be made by cheque or electronic transfer.

CANCELLATIONS
More than 90 days notice given: Deposit only
90 - 55 days notice given: 50% of total rental
Less than 55 days notice given: 100% of total rental

All cancellation notifications must be made in writing. Without any restriction the owner will not be liable for any loss, damage, cancellation or failure of utilities that arise due to extreme weather conditions.
To cover any possible loss we strongly recommend that you take out adequate insurance cover.

The owners reserve the right to terminate the agreement at anytime during occupation if the terms and conditions of occupation are not met. In this case no monies will be refunded.

BREAKAGES/DAMAGES DEPOSIT
A security/breakage deposit of £150 / $250 is required and should be paid with the final balance. This covers damage, breakage and loss of contents, which must be reported to our local representative. This money will be refunded within 21 days after the occupation ends providing no breakages are due. Renters are liable for all loss and damage to our villa during their stay.

CLEANING
The property will be cleaned thoroughly prior to arrival and upon your departure. We expect the property to be left in a similar state as when found. We reserve the right to charge for excessive cleaning if required. Every effort is made to make your stay comfortable.

INCLUSIONS
Electric, gas and water charges are included. All bed linen and towels are provided, as is pool maintenance. Our local representative is available should you have any problems. Pool Heat is to be paid as an extra

ARRIVALS AND DEPARTURES
Earliest arrival time is 16.00hrs
Latest departure time is 11.00hrs
These times may be changed, but only by prior arrangement.

SMOKING
No smoking is allowed inside the villa at any time.

LIABILITY
The owner cannot accept any liability whatsoever for injury or loss sustained by any guest or any other visitor to the villa including the swimming pool, however caused. The client is responsible for any damage or loss caused to the villa or its contents. Without any restriction the owner will not be liable for any loss or damage arising in connection with the clients holiday. Guests are required to make their own travel insurance arrangements.
